The Bishop of St Davids is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Hazel Evans as the Chair of the St Davids Diocesan Board of Finance (DBF) for the next triennium.Hazel takes over the post from our previous Chair Mr Nicholas Griffin. Hazel lives in Newcastle Emlyn and is presently the Church Treasurer of Holy Trinity, Newcastle Emlyn. She is also a Carmarthenshire County Councillor and serves on the Newcastle Emlyn Town Council.The Bishop would like to thank Mr Griffin for his devoted and loyal service as Chairman of the Board for the last 12 years and is pleased that he has agreed to be co-opted to serve for a further 12 months as a member of the Board. The Bishop is extremely indebted to all members of the Board both clerical and lay who give generously of their time and expertise to further the work of the Diocese through serving on the Board and its committees.
