Information

We are a warm, friendly, and inclusive community of Christians who gather to share in God’s love and meet regularly for prayer, communion, celebration, and liturgy. We are proud to welcome people of all ages, races, ethnicities, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic, and our mission is to continue to grow together in fellowship and love to be a church relevant for the 21st Century.
St Peter’s has existed as a much-loved place of worship at the centre of Carmarthen for almost a thousand years and we are rightly proud of its stance as one of the most important historic church buildings in Wales. As the oldest building in continuous use in Carmarthen, it attracts visitors fascinated by its history and architecture.
Join us at our services:
Daily offices (Monday to Friday each day) 9am Morning Prayer.
Sunday: 8am Holy Eucharist; 11am Sung Eucharist; 5pm Evening Prayer (usually unless notified otherwise)
Wednesday: 10:30am Holy Eucharist.
